School Hours – Petersen Elementary School
Petersen Elementary School is a proud Houston ISD NES campus serving students Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Student Entry: The building opens for students at 6:30 AM.
Breakfast: Served in the cafeteria from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM.
Instruction Begins: All Pre-K through 5th-grade classes begin promptly at 8:00 AM.
Dismissal Times by Grade Level:
Pre-K: 3:00 PM
Kindergarten & 1st Grade: 3:30 PM
2nd – 5th Grade: 4:00 PM
All students must be picked up by 5:00 PM.
